
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz light rum
1 lime, juiced
1 oz Plew Farm maple syrup
3 oz club soda
6-12 mint leaves
Ice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place the mint, maple syrup and lime juice in the bottom of the highball glass. Crush well – if you don’t have a muddler, a spoon will do.
Add ice, rum and club soda.
Stir to combine. Garnish with lime and mint. Serves 1-2
