
Ingredients:
2 pounds beef stew meat
2 c. carrots sliced diagonally
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
2 cloves garlic, chopped
½ c. chopped onion
2 tablespoons tapioca
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker, stir, and cook on high for 6 - 8 hours, until meat is tender, and will break apart with a fork. This stew is perfect when served over thick noodles, with a green salad, and a fresh roll.
