
Ingredients
5 Small Cucumbers sliced
1 Jalapeno sliced into coins
1/3 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/3 cup Bourbon
1/4 cup Plew Farm Maple Syrup
3 Cloves Garlic whole, smashed
1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
3/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Dill
1/4 tsp All Spice
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
Instructions
Slice cucumbers, and jalapeno to your size preference, about 1/4" slices.
Add all ingredients to a clean jar with a tight sealing lid to combine.
Once all ingredients are in the jar, pour boiling water over the top.
Allow to sit and cool for 5-10 minutes. Place lid on tightly and put in fridge for 48 hours.
